1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Packaging: Item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt
  • No Damage: Item must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

Tip: We recommend keeping your original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase, as items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene or safety reasons)
  • Perishable goods or consumables
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

3. How to Return an Item

Email us at support@toolygenius.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email. Do not ship items without an RMA number.

Pack Your Item Securely

Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the Item

Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind or other customer-initiated reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide Evidence: Send clear photos of the damage or defect, including packaging
  • Keep All Materials: Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed
  • Resolution: We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost to you

Our Commitment: For defective or damaged items caused by shipping or manufacturing defects, we will cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.

6. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  • Do not use or open the incorrect item
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Once your return is processed, you will receive your refund

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped
  • Contact us immediately at support@toolygenius.com with your order number
  • Full refund will be issued if cancellation is successful

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return policy
  • Refund will be processed minus original shipping costs (for non-defective items)

9. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility:

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Our Responsibility:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • Contact customer support to receive your prepaid return label

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

11. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The same return policy applies to international orders
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective)
  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees on returned items
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment
  • International returns may take longer to process due to shipping times

Important: Please mark return packages as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on return shipments.
