Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking information typically takes 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking number still doesn't work after this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?

International shipments may experience delays in tracking updates, especially during customs clearance. If there's no update for more than 7 days, please contact our support team and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at support@toolygenius.com if you need to change your address.

What if my package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

First, check with neighbors, family members, or your building management. Sometimes packages are left in safe places or with neighbors. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
